Description: This session highlights contemporary decision-making in fibroids and adenomyosis, including imaging, digital tools, radiofrequency ablation, myomectomy outcomes, pregnancy implications, and fertility-preserving approaches.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

1. Evaluate new tools for fibroid and adenomyosis counseling and mapping.
2. Discuss fertility and pregnancy considerations after fibroid treatment.
3. Compare surgical and nonsurgical approaches in complex uterine disease.
